How to play Pips
Pips is a domino puzzle: place every domino on the board so each colored region meets its rule. A number means the pips in that region add up to it, = means every half in the region shows the same number, ≠ means they're all different, and < or > set a limit on the region's total. Uncolored cells have no rule.
Start with single-cell regions and tight sums — they often allow only one domino — and remember that a domino can straddle two regions.
