Questions, corrections, feature ideas or a puzzle we should cover? Write to us — a real person reads every message, usually within two working days.
If you're reporting a wrong answer or hint, tell us the game, the date of the puzzle and what you saw. A screenshot helps. We check the puzzle again, fix the page and its hints, and the corrected version usually goes live the same day.
Ideas are welcome too: a game you'd like covered, a language we should add, or a solver that would save you time. We can't promise to build everything, but every suggestion is read and kept on our list.
hints.day is an independent site. We aren't affiliated with LinkedIn or The New York Times, so we can't help with your LinkedIn or NYT account, streaks or subscriptions; their own support teams can.
We use your email address only to reply to you. We don't add it to a mailing list or share it with anyone; our privacy policy has the details.
